I contacted this company via what's app during lockdown and they helped me choose a new fire which I needed in a hurry. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful and there was never any pressure to make a purchase. Truthful honest people who helped me from start to finish. The fitters contacted us prior to fitting to make arrangements for the fitting day and ensured everyone stayed safe wearing masks and socially distancing. I had my fireplace fitted today. Carl and Dave were brilliant, I was very happy with the end finish. They were on time, very friendly and very helpful. Carl kept me, informed as they did the work, as there was some brick work to do, and re-cement. They showed me step by step, as they did the work. Dust sheets were put down, and everything cleaned up, after the job was finished. Carl also told me, what not to do, with the fireplace until 24 hours, and made sure, I knew how to work the gas fire. Very pleased with my fireplace, I love it. Would definitely recommend, them to friends and family.

Great service from the shop and expert fitting. I’m delighted. They were totally honest and direct about price and lead times, unlike some other suppliers I looked at. I bought a complete kit including fire, fitting, hearth and mantle. It looks great and works a treat after it warms up. The fitting was more difficult than expected because the chimney-breast was crumbling (something only discovered after the job started) but the fitters just dealt with it, fixed it and finished in a day. Brilliant. Now I want a multi fuel for my living room - and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for it.

We cannot fault the service from this company, it was excellent from start to finish. This started with Rich at the shop who was knowledgeable without been pushy. Scot, the fitter then came out and surveyed the job within 48 hours and a date was agreed. The job was done by Scot over 2 days with minimal mess, bearing in mind the new fire is a 'hole in the wall' fire replacing a standard fireplace. The finished plastering is perfection with no signs of joints with the original wall. Scot does everything including the gas and building work. We cannot speak highly enough of Rich and Scot who are both professionals and work to the highest standards. If you want a new fire go to this shop and deal with Rich and Scot, not forgetting Paul who delivered the fire and is also excellent

The staff in store where always welcoming and able to answer and advise on everything. The whole process was very well managed from purchase to installation. Somebody was always on hand, either on the end of the phone or via social media to answer any queries. The installation was completed in one day. The installation team ensured everything was covered to protect from debris and dust. Throughout every step of the installation they explained what was being done and why. They explained how to light and maintain the log burner. The work completed was to an exceptional standard and removed all debris and other waste materials on completion. If you are looking for a log burner, multi fuel stove, gas/electric fire or accessories then these really are the guys to go to.
